Futrou uses a credit system. Every newly created account starts with 0 CZK of credit. Services run on prepaid credit — accounts can't go negative. Credit orders aren't binding; unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a certain time.

## Topping up credit

You can top up between 0 and 10,000 CZK. This option is available in administration. Proforma invoices are only available in administration and aren't sent by email.

## Received payments

Bank transfers must include the exact amount and variable symbol. Our system won't be able to match other kinds of payments to an order.

## Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically once payment is received, and are available in administration and by email.

## Credit exchange rate

Credit is converted at a rate of 1 CZK = 1 credit.

Credit can only be used to pay for services — payouts to a bank account aren't available.
