Notice

Futrou Nasua is free software distributed under the Futrou Nasua License. It is free to use for personal and commercial purposes, and you may distribute the original binary in unmodified form. You may not modify or reverse engineer it, or use it to provide third parties with any solution that competes with Futrou Cloud.

Futrou Nasua License 1.0

1. Grant of Use

  1. You may use the Free version of the Licensed Work for personal or commercial purposes at no cost.
  2. You may freely distribute the original binary in its unmodified form.
  3. Modification of the binary, reverse engineering, or redistribution of modified binaries under the same or confusingly similar name is prohibited.
  4. You may include the Licensed Work in your own software or services, provided that doing so does not violate any restrictions below.

2. Use Restrictions

  1. You may not offer, or provide the Licensed Work to third parties as a hosted, embedded, or managed service in a way that competes with any commercial version, derivative offerings, or cloud services from the Licensor.
  2. Internal use within your organization is permitted and does not count as a Competitive Offering.
  3. Any other direct commercial use not explicitly granted requires a separate written license from the Licensor.
  4. For purposes of this license:
    1. A “Competitive Offering” is a product or service provided to third parties on a paid basis that significantly overlaps with the capabilities of any commercial version of Nasua. Free offerings not provided as a service to third parties are not competitive.
    2. “Product” means software or services offered to end users, installed in their environments or hosted/managed.
    3. “Embedded” means including the source code or executable of the Licensed Work in a Competitive Offering, or packaging it such that the Licensed Work must be accessed or downloaded for the offering to operate.

3. Cloud Integration

The Licensed Work integrates with the public Futrou Cloud, offered by futrou.com. Some features may require software registration and an active account or workspace subscription to function fully. Access to these features is governed by the terms of the plan and the Licensor.

4. Anonymous Error Reports

The Licensed Work may collect anonymous error or crash reports to help diagnose and fix issues. This data does not identify individual users and does not include any sensitive logs, environment variables, secrets, request or response details. By using the Licensed Work, you consent to this collection. You may opt out where functionality allows.

5. Embedded License

The license text is embedded in the binary. You may not remove or alter it. Use of the Licensed Work without compliance is prohibited.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Work is provided “as is”, without warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk as to quality and performance is with you. The Licensor shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from or in connection with the Licensed Work or its use.

7. Acceptance

By using, installing, or distributing the Licensed Work, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this license.

8. Termination

Any violation automatically terminates your rights to use or distribute the Licensed Work. Terminated rights may not be restored without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
