Credit

Futrou uses a credit system. Every newly created account starts with 0 CZK of credit. Services run on prepaid credit — accounts can’t go negative. Credit orders aren’t binding; unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a certain time.

Topping up credit

You can top up between 0 and 10,000 CZK. This option is available in administration. Proforma invoices are only available in administration and aren’t sent by email.

Received payments

Bank transfers must include the exact amount and variable symbol. Our system won’t be able to match other kinds of payments to an order.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically once payment is received, and are available in administration and by email.

Credit exchange rate

Credit is converted at a rate of 1 CZK = 1 credit.
