Service Billing

You can find an overview of credit movements in administration, on the Billing tab and the Credit Statement panel. Below are the billing methods for individual services.

Serverlet

Serverlets run on a 30-day prepaid model with automatic renewal attempted three days before expiration. If there isn’t enough credit, the service is suspended once the period ends, and permanently deleted after three additional days unless renewed. Automatic renewal can be disabled in settings.

Administrator intervention

In rare cases, we reserve the right to charge a fee for administrator intervention.
